In need of modernization
This was our second stay at Vamar. 2 years ago we accepted the pitfalls due to the pandemic but this time around service and cleanliness have really gone downhill. The location is great as it's between the marina and the ocean but it's in urgent need of modernization. The wifi is only available in specific locations and is very slow. Pool cleaning was performed ad-hoc and only after complaints. The adult pool was filthy as the water was below the filter level and the adult only rule was not properly enforced. We rented the ocean view villa option which came with a kitchen, of sorts. It had a sink, a hob, but no fridge and no equipment whatsoever. Finally, the water machines were not maintained. Several were out of order and the rest rarely had water available.

My stay at Vamar Vallarta hotel
I and my family stayed here 8 nights and 9 days and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The workers there are patient and respectful. The housekeepers kept our room clean and sometimes they would leave a dessert in our room. For an all-inclusive hotel, the food was good and the waiters were kind and sweet. They gave us a great room with a good view. The workers work really hard and respect your needs.

thank you for a wonderful stay.
The staff was very accommodating and understanding. Food was good with variety and freshness. The resort was clean and well maintained. Location between the marina and beach was lovely and provided a change of scenery. Loved the heated pool. Good water pressure in the shower and HOT water! Air Conditioners were in good working order Disappointed that i did not receive hand towels on both occasions that i asked AND that the room did not come with the furniture as per the photos.. making the room a little sparse feeling. Overall, an amazing stay and we will go back and recommend. Good value for price.
