This was an unplanned stop when a family member became sick and could not get in the train. It is a beautiful hotel with outstanding staff, but the room was small and bed very uncomfortable.

Not happy with the room
Room was smaller than I expected. Not much toiletries, no facial tissue ( actually they give you a personal package size of 4 pieces) , no cotton swabs. The toilet had a bad yellow stain in the bowl. Breakfast had a very limited selections. Definitely not a four star hotel but 3 star. The staff didn’t seem very friendly, very rush when you ask them questions. But the location is great, very close to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps.

Great location and excellent value
We loved the location of this hotel. It’s an easy walk to Piazza d’Espana as well as Piazza del Popolo, and the metro and taxi stand are a block away at Piazza Barberini. Moreover, the staff is extremely kind and helpful, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. We will definitely come back again.
