Hotel Stendhal, Rome
We stayed at the Hotel Stendhal on our last night in Rome on a girl's trip and they truly made it a special experience for the final night of our vacation. We stayed in the newer, remodeled building & our room was absolutely STUNNING! Gorgeous views out of our windows & the room was elegant & clean, & the bed was very comfortable. The front desk and bellman were kind and accommodating getting us checked in and getting our luggage up to our room. And as if our stay couldn't get any better, the hotel is in the perfect location, right in the middle of everything - a very walkable location! So walkable in fact, that we did not even use the 7 euro metro day pass we had purchased! Would definitely stay here again & highly recommend! Thanks Hotel Stendhal for a great stay!

Choose the room in the annex building
I chose the Stendhal ( second time , same week) on our way back to Rome after being in Florence and Venice. We had to spend the last night on Rome before traveling early next day. The same week I had stayed on the Hotel and I rated as fantastic 10 star plus . The difference are in the rooms. Our first stay was at the annex building were the rooms are spectacular. The second (this review) is on the old building . So small that is ridicolous. I almost get trapped in the shower it’s really , really small my wife and I just laugh. Look if you are choosing this Hotel get the rooms on the annex building those are extremely good, if not don’t choose this Hotel . These two rooms are really a different experience
