Central location -Hotel is old and needs a upgrade
The hotel is locate close to the beach, shops and Bangla road. The rooms were clean and in reasonable condition although the beds were old and mattresses uncomfortable. The hotel is run down and thus all the facilities and areas within the resort are an eyesore. Breakfast were terrible with not much variety and very low quality ingredients (especially breads and pastries). What we loved about the hotel was the daily free shuttle to Karon beach which was efficient and convenient.

Had a lovely 10 day stay. Hotel does need a bit of updating but was clean. Bed was solid hard so after first night asked for mattress topper and was ok after that. Pools nice and hotel perfectly situated on Patong beach. Staff are so helpful and friendly nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was good lots of choice
