The surprise $10 parking put a bad taste in my mouth. The pillows were terrible and I have had a sore neck the last two days. The indoor pool was closed but when you see pictures of a pool when booking, you expect to have use of a pool. The young boy at check out was nice but the older gentleman in a suit was cold.
