Fabulous 8.6 From 631 reviews
It is in the central of the city and itis easy to walk to the nearby shopping area despite of the heavy traffic jam.
I think this particular hotel has forgotten it bears the Westin name which is synonymous with excellence and prestige. The facility is so run down and the sad part is it will only take a few tweaks here and there to ensure it gives a good account of the brand. I was very disappointed and won’t stay here again
Location was good Price was good Room facilities
Need to upgrade the bed and TV .they are just like 3 star hotel.
The location is the absolute advantage of this hotel for shopaholics, right across the hotel is the most premium shopping mall in KL - Pavillion. I didn't try hotel breakfast so cannot comment on their F&B. Gym facility is good will various selections.
Perfect for business. Only problem is the traffic. Business associates get late for meetings.
Very good hotel in a good location. The Staff of executive lounge went out of the way to make our stay more comfortable. Mr Said took care of us and I really want to thank him for that. Mr Rajesh was also a very friendly person. Great hotel great staff..
Staff have been quite poor 2 stays in a row at this location of the Westin. Things not being sent to my room after we were told they would be in our room (this occured during both of my experiences in the most recent month)
It has the best location, this is my second visit to the hotel since 14 years. They did not change much , I fell it bit old. Breakfast was average. The service is excellent
The hotel is clean and comfortable. The location is near the Pavilions shopping center and near the the local night street dining Jalan Alor. The room little bit old. But the average price $100/ night, I am happy with that. Overall, well spent money on the Malaysia trip
