This is a transient hotel. If you are living there or staying more than a week, this is fine. But not for a regular overnight stay. Bed was very uncomfortable. You can tell the staff is used to dealing with lowlife customers and residents.

Customer Service is a bye-gone trait of too many businesses
Showed up at 4pm to check in and found a sign at counter which stated "be back in 15 minutes". Ourselves and another couple waited in a locked lobby until it was convenient for the clerk to return.

The stay was good. The staff were super friendly, and helpful. Which I appreciate. The room was a great size with a full size fridge, nice size tv, and enough room. The only one downside was the bed and pillows were not comfortable. It was hard to get good rest. Also, the other visitors would be a little too loud by slamming their doors late at night. If the beds were more comfortable, and the doors had better sound proofing, it would give my stay here 5 stars. I give it 4 though.
