Nice hotel in good area
Great area with lots of pubs and restaurants nearby. WiFi is nonexistent. Nice pub in the lobby.

Great hotel, great location
Loved this hotel, very clean, friendly and very accommodating staff, great location. My 18 year old granddaughter and I stayed there and never felt unsafe at all., we walked everywhere! Very close to two tube stations. I would definitely recommend this property. The rooms are good size, shower and tub...big bathroom for London, very well appointed and all the comforts of home, do bring your own charger if you are from another country or you can buy one at the tube station store for 5 pounds. You will be very satisfied with the hotel

Very good hotel, just need a few tweaks.
Three steep steps up to front entrance a bit difficult to negotiate with heavy bags, and no one offered to help. Threadbare carpet in some sections of lobby had me nervous, but the hotel was much better after that. Corner room was spacious, and the bed was good. Bed reading lights were too dim to read by. Hotel rules all given verbally at check-in, none on video or in writing in room. (Not sure if we were charged for a full second breakfast instead of just for a cup of tea for my wife). That said, the location was great, the coffee was great, fridge in room with complimentary water and beer were excellent. Espresso machine did a great job. This place can scare you at first, but is actually very good...

Great location and comfortable accommodation
the Chamberlain hotel was very charming and comfortable. The location was perfect for us, as we were there just 2 nights and were able to see the Tower of London and shown around by a Beefeater, Tower bridge, London Bridge and we walked to the British Museum to see Rodin and Elgin Marbles exhibits.
