Would probably stay again
This is a decent hotel and close to the tram. It's a little outdated but I didn't mind. The rooms we stayed in were clean. I booked this hotel because claims it has laundry facilities, it does NOT. Luckily we found a laundromat just off a tram stop. Some things about the rooms: there's a hot and a cold faucet (two faucets) in the sink which makes it difficult to wash your face and the bathtub was pretty high off the ground (I'm short so had to hold onto something so I wouldn't fall and it's something to consider if you're elderly or have physical issues). For dinner, the restaurant was better than I anticipated. The hotel staff was a little unprofessional. One of the women was really nice and helpful. She gave us a map and helped us navigate where we would want to go. Another was a little rude and dismissive. I ordered a cab from the front desk the night before for in the morning, when we came downstairs there were two cabbies arguing over who would take us. The staff member just stood there and did nothing. It was uncomfortable to say the least. The hotel breakfast was not good and neither was their takeaway "breakfast". I wouldn't spend the money on that. Otherwise, I would stay here again, I would just avoid the morning food and ordering cabs directly from the hotel.

Good hotel, outside of city center
Good hotel, hours on the SEPARATE BUILDING gym and pool is awful and limited on the weekend. Nothing in the area, cannot walk to anything you want to see or do, outside of the city center, BUT an easy, cheap, TRAM a 2 minute walk away to city center and everything is SO AWESOME. Very helpful and friendly and the bar and food are excellent and well priced. Breakfast is overpriced and not worth 28 EUROS for two people.

Free parking , close to tram
Considering difficulties in parking at Dublin, we stayed here because it offered free parking and about 10min walk to Luas tram station. Great informative staff at front desk explained the tram ride to city center. We booked a family room of two double beds and twin bed. Very spacious except it’s next to a construction site therefore noisy as they worked from7 in the morning!

Solid hotel on outskirts of attractions
Accommodations were good. Pool and spa were very fun. If you swim, you will need to buy a swim cap for 2 euros. Staff is helpful. Food is average. Location is not great for walking to attractions but we knew that head and planned only visIt to Kilmainham Gail and the Guinness museum for thy part of our visit.

Great stay
The proximity of the tram made it easy. Only downside was coffee in rooms were instant, but finding that often. Food in restaurant was good.
