2nd time around a bit of a disappointment
The first time we stayed we had a family room which was plenty big for the 3 adults in our party. The second time we stayed the we had 2 rooms. The rooms were very small to the point adding our suitcases was almost impossible to move around comfortably.

Great location to Dublin downtown
Less then 1 block to tram, which took us into downtown and back for reasonable price, about 15 minute ride, felt safe. Front staff was excellent, quick and let us check in early. Room was very nice, bar was reasonably priced and had some entertainment. This location is excellent for the price. Would stay here again and I am recommending to everyone. Valus, location, service what more can you ask for!

Very comfortable hotel
A little further than I expected from the city center but we ised the MyTaxy App to get around and it was pretty affordable.it is an absolutely beautiful hotel, I would stay there again, its 3 stars but could easily pass by 4.5 or 5. Had a great time

Good value for money
Overall experience is very good. Check-in and check-out were extremely quick. My room was very clean and spacious. Some repairs are needed in the bathroom of room #104.

Gteat stay
It was an older hotel but the rooms were very big. And comfortable. Would stay there again. Only complaint it was far from downtown Dublin. Bit reachable from the luas

Would probably stay again
This is a decent hotel and close to the tram. It's a little outdated but I didn't mind. The rooms we stayed in were clean. I booked this hotel because Hotels.com claims it has laundry facilities, it does NOT. Luckily we found a laundromat just off a tram stop. Some things about the rooms: there's a hot and a cold faucet (two faucets) in the sink which makes it difficult to wash your face and the bathtub was pretty high off the ground (I'm short so had to hold onto something so I wouldn't fall and it's something to consider if you're elderly or have physical issues). For dinner, the restaurant was better than I anticipated. The hotel staff was a little unprofessional. One of the women was really nice and helpful. She gave us a map and helped us navigate where we would want to go. Another was a little rude and dismissive. I ordered a cab from the front desk the night before for in the morning, when we came downstairs there were two cabbies arguing over who would take us. The staff member just stood there and did nothing. It was uncomfortable to say the least. The hotel breakfast was not good and neither was their takeaway "breakfast". I wouldn't spend the money on that. Otherwise, I would stay here again, I would just avoid the morning food and ordering cabs directly from the hotel.
