Parking problems
Nice place. Parking is the major issue

Nice option in University City
The host greeted me at the door, explained everything, and made sure I felt welcome. She provided lots of helpful information about the area and made good recommendations for local restaurants. I especially liked the range of snacks and tea that were made always available. The Continental Breakfast in the morning was extensive and plentiful. The WiFi was dependable. The location was an easy walk to the Drexel and Penn campuses, as well as nearby restaurants. I would stay here again.

Stay at a chain hotel for a better breakfast
I have no idea how this hotel has so many outstanding reviews. This is one of the worst places I've stayed in a long time. When we arrived our first impression was horrible as the innkeeper was rude and condescending. We left for a long day of siteseeing and when we returned all we wanted to do was go to bed early. However the bed was no better than sleeping on the floor. I had to sleep on the couch in our suite and my husband could only fall asleep on the bed because he had a few drinks at dinner. The ice maker was right outside our door and was making constant noise. There were bright lights shining through the windows that we couldn't block out. And the AC couldn't keep the room cool. The breakfast in the morning was fruit and a scone or toast. There was also cereal. Additionally the innkeeper continued to be rude to us while we were eating. For a bed and breakfast, they really only had 2 jobs, and they failed at both of them. We always like to support local business, but we would have been much better off to stay at a holiday inn express for half the price (and they at least have hot breakfast!)
