The hotel manager was always very helpful, friendly and smiling. Very clean budget hotel with spacious rooms. Close to Faliraki main street and not far from the main sandy beach. Travelled with a friend. At the beginning we were disappointed because the room was lacking sea view which seemed to be from all rooms from the pics. However Sofia, the manager was available to move us if we wanted but we decided not as our room on the 1st floor was cooler. Another weak point is the noise as the room overlooks the main highway of the island. However if you keep the windows closed and use air conditioning, it's fine I would suggest a stay because it's good value, handy and well kept
