The accommodation as well as the equipment or accessories are at your disposal during your stay.
## Interaction
The entrance to the premises is simple and efficient, thanks to a key box that you will find at the entrance of your home. All the information necessary for your stay will be provided to you by email and can be consulted via our online interface.
Our team will not be present on site at your arrival and during your stay. However, we remain at your entire disposal for any problem(s) or question(s) you may have. Do not hesitate to contact us!
## Neighborhood
The apartment is located in the city center of La Chaux-de-fonds.
Shops or other amenities (bakery, bars, restaurants, fitness) are nearby.
The train station is at 5 minutes walking distance.
## Transit
The accommodation is accessible by car or train from Neuchâtel. However, there is no parking space available. Only some parking spaces in the street, subject to availability.
## Notes
Sheets and towels are provided by us. The provision of laundry is included in the cleaning rates.
