Awful
I have been waiting for correspondence from a manager since 29/05/23 and have had to now take matters into my own hand and call reception to get this email address. My first complaint is that the shower fixture from the ceiling looked unsafe and the temperature was Luke warm and it wouldn’t increase. I felt slightly disappointed by this but did not feel as though it was enough to complain. My partner then tried to have a bath and the water was scorching hot and we couldn’t get the cold water for the bath and had to let it sit there for an hour to cool down. Again, this was frustrating but we did not think it was the end of the world. The sink did not drain after we filled it up to use which again was another inconvenience. The final straw was the abomination of “breakfast” that I had paid £20 for. Please see the attached pictures from your website showing an appetising breakfast and the reality of what was served on the day. I have had a more appealing breakfast for less at Tesco cafe! I went to the desk to complain as that was the final straw, I am extremely disappointed with I am extremely disappointed and would like a full refund for my stay including the awful breakfast! The bacon was burnt and dry, the sausage was unappealing and the scrambled egg was slimy. Still waiting for management to get back to me as I was promised a call back but nothing!

We were kept awake twice because of wedding bands playing late into the morning, so we couldnt have windows open. It lacked 4 star quality. No water in room no stands for cases had to put cases on the floor, spiders in corners of room, and a very basic resturant menu.
