This is a dated place. We booked non-smoking room, but we smelled next door smoking all the time. There is no AC in the room, so we open the window and people smoke. We can hear the running from the family above us all the time. The carpet in the room needs deep cleaning. We paid extra to stay in the pet friendly room, but I do not think the room is cleaned well.

Most comfortable hotel in Rockies
It is a very comfortable place and well located with walking distance everywhere you might need. We really enjoy stay at this hotel as we had a comfortable beds well equipped suite all together. I will definitely visit this hotel again and again.

The service is great, although this hotel is very close to the railway. There are trains passing frequently at the back of the hotel which wakes up everybody during the night times.

Noisy trains next door
It's right next to train tracks and has no air conditioning, which means the rooms get burning hot if you keep the windows closed or you get woken up by loud trains several times a night if you keep the windows open .
