Last minute booking
The staff at reception were lovely and it looked really funky. The room was ok and I slept well but it was very dark even with all the lights on so it felt a little gloomy. The floor was quite dirty and after walking around in bare feet the soles of my feet were black. So much so that I had to wash them prior to going to bed. There’s a few eateries close by so you don’t to drive.

Decent place
We came from out of state and booked this hotel online. This hotel is nice and recently updated as well as on the cheaper side. The area it’s in is not the best although. It’s about 15 minutes away from the airport, there’s a grocery store a few minutes away and several restaurants to eat at along the highway.

Noisy guests, uncaring staff.
The people in the room above me were partying. I called the desk. They called the other guests who I could hear in my room telling the clerk that they weren't being that noisy. They went right back to partying for 3 more hours. Othet guests had to hear them in their rooms too. I believe their were 3 men and a women in the room and it sounded like she had sex with all three of them over an hours time. I cannot believe no one from the hotel went to the room. I ended up with 3 hours sleep. Also I heard 3 emergency vehicles outside the hotel over about 3 hours.

Low Cost but Well Taken Care of Hotel! Recommend!
Despite being a lower cost hotel, it was still very nicely presented. I've stayed twice, and the 2nd time, there was someone actively cleaning the lobby area, which I found very pleasing. They care about their property and it shows! The staff was friendly and greeted me with a smile despite having showed up at 12AM in the evening. The only minor downside I would mention about Atrea Inn is that it is next to a fire station. If something were to occur (like my first night there) you'll hear the fire trucks blaring their alarms and shocking you awake.

Great place to stop and go for a night
Logan checked us in and very nice. The lobby always smells great and is very inviting and energizing. Rooms are freshly painted, new mattresses, microwave and full size fridge.
