Modern and functional with high end amenities. Very conveniently located 5 minutes away from the C metro stop. Getting to the hotel from the airport was very easy with public transportation but took about 50 minutes with the change between the bus and metro. Going downtown with the metro was also quick and convenient. The neighborhood is mostly residential but also has many nice restaurants and pubs within a two block radius from the hotel. The staff are very professional and curteous and go above and beyond to help and make your stay smooth and enjoyable.

The room was okay, cleaning service was great. The elevators have to be a known problem, since there were only 3 tiny ones that were always packed... I found myself going 8 flights of stairs a few times just because I couldn't find an elevator to go on. The reception was OK - I found myself struggling to get room service and ended up waiting 2 hours after going back and forth between the restaurant and reception! After checking out, I realized I got charged multiple times on the bill as well. One staff member offered to change rooms generously, but besides that I can't say much else...

Overall okay. Although, I booked hotel two months prior to check-in, and was initially placed in a room near an elevator. I was also put into a room in the middle of a group of college kids traveling on a choir tour. When I requested a room change, staff was VERY reluctant to change my room. They moved me 4 doors away from the elevator. Luckily the kids were well behaved. Not impressed with check-in ~ period. Restaurant/Bar staff were excellent. Cleaning staff used the guest elevators during check-out hours, making unaccessible for guests to use them. Rooms were very clean and respectable.

Clean room, older bathroom. Shower was not the best. Smelled like stale cigarettes in the room, I don’t smoke so it made me sick. The breakfast was a great variety. The Resturant has delicious desserts. The rooftop spa and sauna were delightful. Font desk staff was hit or miss with being friendly and helpful.
