Solid Holel, very simple, Clean good neighborhood
I had a great stay at the hotel. Very clean, simple hotel and I liked the bedding. It is a good hotel for the money. Very nice sized bathroom.

The hotel is great, though less over-the-top luxurious than the Windsor Atlântica across the street. The staff really made the stay. Among other things, they arranged a ride on their complimentary shuttle morning-of (even though advance notice is preferred), then checked on its status multiple times when it ran late without me even having to ask, realizing I was getting a bit nervous (though I'd left plenty of time and arrived early in the end). Thank you!

Good stay - Bad policy
Unfortunately no guests are allowed to accompany you inside the hotel, this was very disappointing.
