Reality did not match the pictures posted. Tired and not maintained. Room was not cleaned upon entering the room. I am sure the staff was doing all they could, but lack of communication about the room being ready.

Avoid this hotel like plague.
We were extremely delayed in our travel due to weather but called the hotel to tell them to hold our room as we were going to get there extremely late/early the next morning but still wanted to check in and shower/have a short nap before our flight out. We were told that was no problem and they would hold our room. When we arrived (exhausted and filthy from a long travel day) we were told the hotel was sold out and they had no record of our reservation. They have still not refunded my money. Terribly run hotel, do not stay here.

Im not a priority to Hyatt Bag was Stolen
The positives about my stay. I was in town for a NFL game Pantherd vs Steelers. Location to the Stadium and Arena was great close to both. Hotel was clean room was clean staff pretty pleasant. The NEGATIVES. My room was burgularized. Someone and i suspect it to be a member of staff, went into my room and stole.my bag which included my passport and job ID. Clothes and other personal affects. I didnt discover my bag had been stolen until approx 2 230AM Sunday. I back tracked my steps to make sure i wasnt at fault. I had front call the police. The police arrived pretty quickly and i described to them my movements up until the time i went to my room and realize my bag wasnt there. I also watched camera footage with the officers to confirm that i did have my bag with me in the facility when i checked in and that was confirmed. Later that day we checked out, no one from Hyatt reached out to me about the incident. I had to buy personal items and borrow clothes from friends to go to the game. I flew back to NY that night after the game. Monday a staff member called me to let me know they had found the bag in a staircase. Later that day i called to speak with a manager about Hyatt returning my bag. The manager said she would ship the bag back to me at their expense but only after i suggested they should pay for it and i also felt i should have my money reinbursed. The manager called me back to tell me she would have the bag sent back on Tuesday and i would be reinbursed
