$100/night= overpriced access
The room had working tv, microwave, refrigerator, wifi which suited my needs. I started having a running nose about 2 hours into the room stay and woke up with a fiery throat and congestion- nose and ear. It got better when I’d be gone during the day and after taking allergy medicine. I didn’t use the heater/fan/ac the second night which helped some. The carpet is just old and kinda gross, chipped bathtub and furniture, one outlet didn’t work but enough plug ins from the lamps. Saw a few extension cords and the furnace sounds crackling like I wondered if it might catch fire. The outside door jam had whistling wind and a crack to see light outside. I had a upper respiratory reaction to either something in the carpet or ac (my best guess). Stained chairs, well worn sheets. Grounds were cute for what it was.

Our room had an extreme fried fish smell that permeated the whole room (it never went away during our 2 night stay). There was what seemed like ten years worth of hair stuck in the shower drain that I had to remove because it wasn’t draining. The heater wasn’t heating to the proper temperature. Even though I put the “do not disturb” sign on the door, we kept getting knocks on the door by housekeeping in the morning. There were only two pillows. The bed was uncomfortable. You had to stand outside in the cold for check in. You could hear all the neighbors very easily- thin walls. Didn’t get the proper rest we were hoping for due to all of these things. Neither one of us are too picky, but this place was not worth the money we spent. Would not recommend.
