Good service and staff very friendly. Inconvenient to book the gym, booked and always closed at my time lot. Also not available to use but never busy The hotel is very noisy on room 416, not good for sleeping

City centre location
The day before check-in (the day free cancellation ended) I received an email which I was expecting to be a welcome message with helpful information. I was dismayed to find a cold stark warning, with threats of fines for breaking hotel rules printed in block capitals. It was too late to cancel, so I had to go, and was dreading a week in a hostile environment. I was pleasantly surprised to find most of the staff to be charming and helpful, especially the night receptionists. It seems that only the management lacks courtesy.

In the beginning we were not sure how our stay is going to be but everyone were so helpful. We don’t eat pork or pork products and in the break fast they had most of the things made with pork. Staff very kindly offered to give us eggs with cheese omelette. All of us could sleep very comfortably. If anyone want to explore downtown I would definitely recommend to stay here.

Very nice staff. However they didn’t give you new towels every time or just 3 small towels for in front of the tower. The rain shower only had droplets of water coming out because it was so calcified. The shower could also only go burning hot or freezing cold. The pool is way smaller than on the pictures. You couldn’t open the windows because there are no insect screens and you don’t want to get attacked by mosquitos. The pillows are hard as rocks. We enjoyed the stay but there is a lot to improve.

This Hotel was a nice positive surprise. It's an older but still modern hotel with well-trained staff. It's in an ok area of the city (certainly safe) with bus, taxi and limited Uber access to other areas. The food options are great, and very nicely prepared. We would definitely stay here, or trust/use the Mex Brand again.

Very good hotel, hard to falter
Super service and facilities. Good gym with a great view. Nice bars. Proactive tour agent on site. Good location near bus station. Easy journey to the hotel zone and beaches. Only small negative is that you can hear furniture being moved in all nearby rooms owing to the concrete floors.
