About this property

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS
Nothing is more important to the us than the health and safety of our communities. We are monitoring the situation very closely, and we would like to share the additional precautions that have been recently added. All amenities at this property have been closed. We have increased our cleaning standards, specifically as it relates to cleaning and disinfecting surfaces. This is all very necessary for the safety of guests, and we must do our part to keep this community safe.

The Space:
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. We use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the suite, a people counter which counts the number of people nearby, in addition to numerous neighbors who are understandably more sensitive during this time. The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be inside the suite at any given time. We do utilize our local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense.

Our two bedroom apartment with one queen bed in each room, a couch, and an additional air mattress has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Kansas City! The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, has stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker. A washer and dryer is available inside the apartment for your convenience.

Please note our neighbor smokes, there may be a slight smoke smell on occasion. Please also keep in mind we are located right outside of downtown Kansas City, and like most metropolitan areas, we experience people from broad economic backgrounds in our neighborhood.

Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own log in and enjoy!

Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 3pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Interaction with Guests:
Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled along the Missouri River, Downtown Kansas City is a bustling business district and culture hub. Downtown is home to several major attractions, historic sites, and entertainment venues like the National WWI Museum and Memorial, the Kansas City Convention Center, and River Market, a lively waterfront shopping and dining district complete with a popular farmers market. The Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts features symphony, opera, and ballet, attracting both residents and tourists.

Getting Around:
Public transportation & Uber is easily accessible given the popular location. Easy access to I-70 & I-35.

Kansas City's Streetcar connects the River Market area to Crown Center and Union Station. It has stops every 2 blocks down Main Street. The nearest stop to our apartment is just one block away.

    Excellent downtown location on Main Street with convenient free tram outside. New residential tower with industrial chic apartments. Wouldn't want to live there, but ideal for a quick visit. Great TV with hundreds of stations, fully-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer. Downside: noisy HVAC system. This property needs a rooftop pool and sundeck.
