Good for family vacation

We had a good time here. Beach access was really great and beach is really great no matter where you stay at the hotel zone. Building appeared old and things in the room in need of repair or replacement. Not much choice in food; of the 2-3 restaurants quality was just okay and quantity was minuscule. Staff refusing to add orders in a supposedly all inclusive. Buffet was okay most days except one day the rice served tasted like cattle feed. Overall an okay hotel, not something I would consider very good based on maintenance and attitudes and hustles of the staff.
