Could’ve been better
I was down here to celebrate my birthday, never been to Florida before so I didn’t know what to expect. After reading the mixed reviews I decided to take a Chance and book the room here. Now I wish I would’ve done more research. The room was okay they were still doing some upgrades on the property. Our room was cleaned for almost 4 days and because we couldn’t find where the garbage was it was piling up. We found bugs in the room and I was done after that. Front desk gladly have us a room change but I can tell you I probably won’t be booking here again. The only thing I liked about this hotel was the service desk was wonderful and very apologetic about everything and the location was prime for what we wanted to do.

Looks can be deceiving!
We arrived at 2am and had to change rooms. Our view was of a hallway wall and we could not sleep due to the close proximity to the highway(rt.4). Second room was just as bad. I went down to the office to ask about getting some water. I was informed that they do not have water at the property. The vending machines only offer soda. I had to walk 10 min to Walgreens at 2:30 am to get a drink of water!! That’s INSANE!!! I was forced to pay for the first night as there was no one available at the hour we arrived to handle such matters. Fortunately I was given a refund for the remaining 2 nights. I found another place on I Drive at $30 less per night that was quiet and had H2O.

A Wonderful Stay
My stay was amazing. Our room was very nice and clean. The beds were not so comfortable but it wasn't a deal breaker. I think they can use some new mattresses. The front desk reps were extremely nice. They offered wonderful customer service. Never been to an hotel were I had to pay for breakfast so that was a first. Breakfast is $6.I could tell that they had done renovations. Our overall stay was wonderful though.

Our reservation was for a King Bed Room and they gave us a 2ble bed room, supposedly they had no more king bed rooms available. Evening employee was super rude.

I wouldn’t recommend
The hotel was horrible. They kept trying to put us in a dirty room. We finally got a different room and it was roaches everywhere and the shower was broke. We talked to them about it and they said they fix everything but they didn’t. If I wouldn’t have pick my son up a roach would’ve crawled on his face

Could have been better
The check in reception area was nice. The parking lot was dark. The room was clean but you can clearly see under the entrance door. The door was not flush with the floor and you could hear traffic passing on the highway all night. I could not sleep. Every time some one pass by the room you could clearly see.

Photos give false impression
It was a poorly flipped renovation! Room was painted over nicotine stained walls , the nicotine was bleeding through . Matress was old and had a huge sink in the center, floor appeared to have never been mopped. Would not recommend nor will i stay in that chain again.

STAY AWAY
During my stay I experienced may horrible things. the first experience I had was- Check in took about 30 minutes because we waited on another couple in front of us. there was only one person working the desk. the next problem was there was no hairdryer, which led to me attempting to call the front desk with the phone in the room. Come to find out, the phone was disconnected with no cord to plug into the wall. So no calling the front desk for anything even on your cell phone because they won’t answer. Third- the king bed was made with two twin comforters underneath the bottom sheet. So, the bed was extremely lumpy and we had to take out those extra bedding blankets. Little did i know this was only the beginning. Fourth!!!!- I was expecting to have a nice peaceful sleep... WRONG! at 6 or 7am I was alarming awoken by the loudest noises coming from right outside our room. This noise sounded like bombs going off. this lasted for about an hour before I had enough. I looked outside the door to find construction men throwing large tiles into a metal dumpster bin. I asked them to stop and they continued through the morning. There is more- once late morning hit, the maid woke us up by banging on the door. “why didn’t you put the ‘do not disturb’ sign up?” you may ask? they did have one on the door or in the room. This was the worst stay I’ve ever had in Orlando and i’ve stayed in Orlando at least 10 times in the past 6 years.
