Dirty room, bad mattress, no room cleaning
The floor was filthy. Lots of sand and dirt. Much to our chagrin, when we returned to our room, there had been no service. Turns out, the fine print says that they only service the rooms every 4 days. The mattress was like a bowl. No pillow necessary.

Excellent value, location, clean, quiet.
We had a family emergency in this area, so chose this place on short notice, based upon proximity and relatively low price and decent reviews. We were impressed with the cleanliness and well-maintained facilities. It's a basic hotel (2 star), but very well cared for, quiet (considering the location on a busy street across from Disneyland), though some of the rooms on the ground floor near the street can be a bit noisier at times. It has a wide range of rooms - some with a small patio and table/chairs. One caution... the parking area is very small, and guests are limited to one car per room (an issue for us this trip). If you are lucky, they may determine their is enough space, but it'll cost you $20 or you may have to park at a garage about a mile away. It worked out for us, fortunately. For the price, this place is excellent, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. If you are a Disney-nut, the location is walkable and unbeatable, unless you spend 6 times as much at a park hotel. We'll be back.

Breaker issues
My 2nd night the heater went out. They had maintenance at my room in less than 10 minutes. They couldn't get it fixed and moved me 3 rooms down. They helped me move my things. The women both front desk and maintenance were extremely nice and apologetic. The next morning that heater went out. I let them know they asked if it was ok if they could go in my room if it wasn't a breaker. By the time I got back to my room it was fixed and no other heater issues. The two I dealt with the night the heater went out were great. I'm not sure why they were experiencing breaker issues, except it was raining. Other than that my first room is was more updated then the 2nd. I felt it was a downgrade but it wasn't just as updated and the fridge made noise a lot of noise. But it really wasn't a bad experience, I would stay there again
