I've slept in quieter airports
The hotel staff was really nice and helpful. The lobby was beautiful. The check in/ checkout process were superbly easy. However, my room left a lot to be desired. On the plus side, the room was spacious, but that's about the only thing I liked about it. The hotel did not have central heating/ AC, which is very common for the area. I could not get the space heater to a happy medium between freezing cold and stifling hot. My room was in the center of a noise hub. On one side was a couple arguing and the walls were so thin I felt like I was in the middle of the conversation. On the other side was a stairwell and the sound of people climbing the stairs reverberated through my room like elephants, although I'm sure they were walking regularly. I was above a courtyard with a cafe in it so there were lots of loud conversations and dishes clinking as servers prepared dishes and cleared tables, as well as noise from the hostel next door. When I opened my window to try to get a breeze, I instead got tons of cigarette smoke from the cafe. The floors and stairs were extremely creaky, so when my upstairs neighbors walked, it sounded like they were in danger of coming through my ceiling. Like the walls, the ceiling/ floors are thin so I could hear my neighbor's intense snoring. The noise was nearly 24/7 with the only quiet hours from all four factors being roughly between 2 and 4 am. I was glad to leave and I got better sleep on the bus to my next destination.

Okay but old
Toilet didn't properly flush, hot water not always available, a/c broken, creaky floors.

Loud and outdated
Stayed here because of convenient location near Connolly Station. That's really about all this place offers. Rooms, while clean, in desperate need of updating. Probably the loudest hotel I've ever stayed in from noise in courtyard and surrounding neighborhood. Really disappointing value for cost of nightly stay. On the bright side, the Wi-Fi was very reliable and solid.

Nice hotel, semi-loud location
This was a fine stay, but the hotel is a little loud at night because it's right across from a major bus and rail station. Overall, though, I thought it was a nice hotel and the front desk people were nice and helpful.
