Exceptional 10.0
Great little place to spend the night in Stockholm
I've stayed here twice and both times I was positively surprised. Staff is so friendly and caring. Having some snacks in the kitchen all day round is a great little perk. Not having toilet/shower in the room is not a big deal in the end. I'll be back for sure!

A very good deal
Nice stylish an big old fashioned rooms, in a busy part of Söder, with great little restaurants. Friendly staff at hotel. Simple, low price, yet an excellent deal.

A pleasant surprise in the heart of Stockholm
The hosts were very accommodating and incredibly friendly. The location was very convenient to old town Stockholm (very walkable), and very quiet at night during high season. Breakfast was delicious, the rooms clean, and the accommodations very comfortable.

The only downside is the shared bathroom, but we knew that going in.

Lovely Stockholm Hotel in Sodermalm
Hotel Hornsgatan was a wonderful place to stay on our first trip to Stockholm. The owners were warm and welcoming, made us feel at home immediately. They were very helpful when we were figuring out how to best see the city, especially with our 8 year old daughter. Our room and shared bath were kept spotlessly clean. Bathroom floor was heated, nice touch. Breakfast each day (included) was delicious: brie, two kinds of herring, choice of cereal, bread, fruit, milk, yogurt and juice. Loved the lingonberry juice! The hotel is well located in Sodermalm, and we walked everywhere, except for when we took the ferry to Skansen and Junibacken, both highly recommended, especially with children. We loved seeing animals native to the region and learning about the Sami at former. The latter far exceeded expectations. We all loved Junibacken! Delightful way to spend a few hours. The Nobel Museum was amazing, learned so much, some hands on activities. Fotografiska is one of the best museums I've ever been to, and I've been to many. Every exhibition a winner. Gorgeous cafe with great views and beer. Highly recommend Stromma's winter boat tour. We ate well at restaurants recommended by our host. Legumes was fantastic vegetarian, very affordable, great flavors. Our favorite restaurant was Bla Dorren in Sodermalm. Ate traditional Swedish food and had fantastic local beer. We also had a great meal at the Hairy Pig restaurant on New Year's Eve. Great service at all of these spots.
