Property had great parking and excellent access to the beach. Elevator was great. Cleaning crew visible nearly every day on the property. The unit was perfect for the 4 of us however the water pressure was terrible in the bathrooms. I'm unsure if this was to prevent overflowing to lower floors or a needed plumbing maintenance visit. The kitchen was very nice.

While the property itself was nice enough, the unit above us was either being renovated or having some sort of work done because EVERY MORNING at 9:00am the hammering and sawing started...and it was LOUD. We couldn't even sleep in on vacation because of it. Additionally, I overheard a few mom's, with smaller children, talking about how they were having a difficult time with afternoon naps becauseof it. The other complaint was our check out time was at 10:00am, but Housekeeping came knocking on our door at 9:00. If checkout is 10:00, don't show up until 10:00. Come on now...
