This child-friendly holiday house with three bedrooms is located in the main town area on one of the narrow lanes, only a few steps from the lake and the port. It is divided into two floors and a third bedroom in the attic. All the levels are connected through wooden staircases.
In the open-plan kitchen-diner, there is a beanbag and a few chairs, a fireplace, a dining table and a kitchenette which is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee machine, an oven, a fridge and a toaster.

Location
The holiday house is perfect for soaking in the beauty of this pretty Italian town by Lake Mergozzo and also visit the various attractions of the Lake Maggiore area. Since the townhouse is located in the main town, the nearest restaurants, shops and supermarket are within walking distance. There is also a golf course within walking distance. The lakeshore is only a few steps from the house. One can stroll along the promenade and admire the beautiful landscape. On the beach, one can play volleyball, enjoy a drink at one of the bars or relax without a care in the world.
The 400-year old elm tree at the central square of the town catches one’s attention every time they pass by. The town has a long history that goes back to the Copper and Bronze Ages. There is a megalithic complex that can’t be missed called Ca’d’la Norma (2 minutes’ walk). To know more about its history, one must visit the town’s museum which has an extensive collection from the prehistoric era. The region also offers many walks in its countryside along its villages. The regional delicacies including Fugascine (a dessert) should be tried. Lake Maggiore attractions such as Stresa, Borromean Islands, Villa Taranto and others are a short drive from here.
