Brilliance in every way
Clearly one of the best, if not THE best, hotels in the world, the Taj is a dream come true for any traveler. The hotel is old world beauty, the service is sublime, the loveliness of the place and the kindness of the people is a once in a lifetime experience. The room was generous in size, had every possible amenity. Staff put a design of flowers on the floor. The food in the restaurants was great. The location over looking the gateway of India could not be more historic or charming. I can’t wait to return.

Very nice Taj experience
This is first stay at the Taj Towers as I have stayed at the Taj Palace before. Value for money I would stay at the Tower! I had an excellent room on 18th floor, sea facing. Room was modern and clean. No bathtub but shower was very spacious. Same amenities as in the Palace. Breakfast buffet can be crowded, but it is very good with plenty of variety.

Excellent view of the Gateway of India from my balcony. Very comfortable room and great staff. They brought me a hot toddy when they learned I had a rough throat. I also enjoyed the free tour of the hotel which they do every day.

It’s Iconic place, very busy, front desk can be equally accommodating to all guests and not pick and choose who they want to. It is very clearly noticed when you at front desk. If you look fleshy you get better service for definite. Housekeeping super nice.

When we arrived to the hotel, we were immediately greeted and was escorted to our room. The hotel is beautiful, clean and in a great location. The entire staff was extremely helpful and nice and even did something special for my birthday. Beyond a reasonable doubt, this will be the hotel for out stay on our next visit to Mumbai. Thanks again for the excellent service.
