Wonderful stay
Such an incredibly beautiful location, it's like a resort inside a national park. Dinner at the Metate Room is also an unforgettable experience, exceptionally tasty food with a breath taking view. It's a must if you visit Mesa Verde!

Disappointed
Old outdated hotel 30 miles off the main road. Wasted so much time driving the windy road to get to the old hotel that has NO TV in it.

Good6.0
The motel - is old, really, really old - wind came so badly and nosily through the bottom of the door we had to put a blanket near it. The staff is friendly, but inept. Very friendly, very inept. Food was lousy!!! WiFi was available in the lounge never worked in the rooms. This is a perfect storm of the National Parks System having an outside company - Aramark - manage it. We had been at The Grand Canyon and the building was in much better shape, food still lousy though! That was another outside company Xanterra.
