Business trip August 2018
Excellent location and friendly staff, but the standard rooms are getting a bit worn. Very small shower/bathroom with not very well functioning shower door. Toilet paper roll was not changed to new - in my view a sign of sloppy housekeeping. Breakfast is good, but not exceptional. All in all, I like this place mostly for its location and the lively bar area, but it may not be the best value for money.

unconfortable stay in summer in Stockholm
We stay for a few days , no AC in the room or even in the restaurant , was too hot to even sleep at night. Second day we ask for something to mitigate the extreme hot condition of the room and we received a small fan For some reason in our 2 days stay we could not eat at the restaurant , one days close early , the other did not opened and then we left.

Great location!
Absolutely fantastic location. The subway station is literally right there. Go down, go two stops and you’re in Gamla Stan. Hotel was clean, plenty of hot water, and the Wi-Fi worked well. There was no AC, and it was super hot. We had the windows open, but that didn’t help and it was a bit noisy outside. So for three weeks of the year, I would not recommend this hotel, the remainder 49 weeks I would highly recommend it.
