Santa Rosa trip
Good place to stay and convenient. Hate the $10 parking...that needs to go!!!

Under construction and no restaurant. Housekeeping response was spotty with servicing requests. Valet service was good with the exception of not finding our keys for about 30 minutes on our departure.

Restaurant Closed.
The hotel was under construction. The restaurant was closed, and had I known that I could have found another place. They choose not to mention that on their website. $10. to park in an almost empty parking lot. In its present condition, this is not a resort, and not up to Hyatts standards. Breakfast was set up in what appeared to be a meeting room, and it was not good.

Barking dogs
Good hotel overall, but barking dogs kept us from sleeping. Complained to the front desk for 3 hours, but the dogs were still barking. Finally, at 11:30 pm, called the national number. The manager first asked us to talk to the local manager in the morning. That was not acceptable. Finally, she said that she would call the local manager immediately. That seems to have done the trick. This is unacceptable for Hyatt Regency.

Not to Nap/Sonoma Valley Standards
Highly disappointed in our stay here, so much so, I wrote this review twice because the server failed on the first attempt. The hotel had the front of the hotel under construction, the restaurant was not open, the pool furniture was not laid out, and the hot tub was inoperable. There was no mention of any of this on the hotels.com listing, at the front of the hotel, or by the front desk, not even when we mentioned we would be using the hot tub that night....their attitude was basically unapologetic. The Hyatt should be ashamed of this property, in it's current condition, and surly should not be charging almost $400 just because of the area.....highly disappointed!
