Located in Alhaurín de la Torre, in a quiet urbanization with independent houses, which will allow you to have the privacy and tranquility you need on your days off.



The exteriors of the accommodation could be divided into four areas:

The pool area, surrounded by a manicured lawn, you can combine sunbathing on the sun loungers and fun bathing with your family. A swimming pool, which, being illuminated at night, provides a perfect setting for leisure and relaxation.



Right next to a warehouse (space not available for travellers) there is a barbecue area, a built-in barbecue where you can prepare and enjoy excellent grilled lunches with your family. It also has an outdoor bathroom, so you do not need to enter into the house when you are wet.



When you enter the accommodation with your vehicle you will have observed a characteristic feature of the accommodation - a 50-year-old pine tree that will provide you with a natural shade, and two hundred-year-old olive trees.



A very important detail with respect to the exteriors is that the living room and the kitchen are connected to the exterior area, making it easy to control the little ones in the pool area, and facilitating access to the house, for example, for people with reduced mobility.



The air conditioning of the entire accommodation is controlled by modern aero thermal equipment (in winter you can use an underfloor heating), providing you the most comfortable temperature.



The accommodation is divided into three floors:



A semi-basement floor where you will have two bedrooms with 3 single beds each (a total of 6 people on this floor), a spacious bathroom with a shower and a huge living room where you can watch television, meet the whole family and just have fun. These two bedrooms have natural light and closets to store luggage in an orderly manner.



Going up the main staircase from the semi-basement floor, we reach the ground (pool level) floor. Here you can find the kitchen, the living room, two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms, one with a small bathtub ideal for bathing the little ones and another with a large shower tray.



You will enjoy the bright spacious kitchen equipped with all the small appliances that will facilitate the preparation of your lunches. This spacious kitchen is connected with an outdoor terrace.



The living room, following the structural line of the kitchen, is spacious and bright, it has two comfortable sofas, a television and an elegant wooden family table where you can meet the whole family for lunch.



On the upper floor you can find three more bedrooms, spacious, bright and with en-suite bathrooms in all of them. We highlight that two of these three bedrooms on the upper floor have a private terrace overlooking the pool area.
