My mint house stay
My dtr and enjoyed our time at mint house Detroit. The building was clean, service was king and friendly. The building was located centrally making liitle Caesars walkable. I wd definitely recommend mint house to my friends and family.

Management is a joke
I started my stay with a lack of information on how to actually get in the building which was disappointing when it’s midnight and cold. Stay was alright until our last day and the manager of the property was downright mean. I’ve had many stays where my departure was after check out and I was allowed to hang in the lobby or pool or something but not at this hotel. We were originally allowed to stay in the laundry room (laundry room right? 🙄) but when my daughter had to go to the bathroom the manager would not allow her to go and rudely told us our check out was 11 so she’d have to go somewhere else. She is 9 years old. And then I was informed we couldn’t throw our garbage away there and I’d have to take it with me. Just terrible.

Mint House Comfort
Our stay was fantastic!! We were beyond pleased! I would definitely stay here again. The only thing is parking. It was frustrating to find the suggested places and how they worked. We found a spot right by the building and we could see our car. It was only $10. Parking instruction could be better

The location was very convenient for accessing Downtown. We did have trouble with the door to access building letting us in, I called support for that and met with a rude customer service agent. The tub and sink do drain really slow. Bed was very comfortable.
