The hosts were very helpful and pleasant. I felt very safe in the hotel and in the casino. We had a very nice stay and will certainly consider another stay at the hotel.

Not what I expected!!!!
Look for a different hotel for the price. Just an FYI they required an additional $100 deposit when you arrive on a credit card. It is not refunded until 10 days after you leave.

Met all our needs
This was a great location for accessing downtown via the Metro. The room was very comfortable, had a great view across the river to the Arch and downtown.

TERRIBLE overall
I'm not even sure where to start, I travel A LOT and have never had such a terrible stay. I went to STL for my birthday and have never been to STL before. The casino is in such a bad part of town it was hard to find uber drivers that wanted to come get us. The hotel beds were like a box of springs covered my a sheet... very terrible. The hotel staff lost my reservation, our keys kept deactivating and when I told the font desk they were rude to me about reactivating. They didn't even ask for ID I could have been anyone. The only restaurant that is worth going to is SEVEN the others were not even open for they have VERY odd hours. The casino bar only has the bare min. No matter where we went in this town it was the WORST service I have ever had in my life. The hotel is far from 'up scale' as you may think a casino should be. It was nothing that I expected.
