Sentido Le Sultan, Hammamet

Good return trip to the area. I was pleasantly surprised to have an electric water kettle, tea, and coffee in the room. I would have brought a pour over kit and my own coffee, if I'd known. Breakfast was amazing. I especially loved the 115v outlet for shavers on the dryer. It works for charging 110v devices directly. Great toiletries. No complaints.

The overall impression of the hotel - it's nice. Personnel is very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are big and clean. WiFi could have been better, especially in the evenings. What really upsets is the condition of the beach. It not that big but even that small beach was very dirty with trash all over the place.

An ok hotel with a great price but some of the staff were very rude. Makes any experience worse. This was the restaurant and front desk staff.

I have had a six night stay with my family. We have all enjoyed our stay. The Staff were very helpful, particularly at the Hotel reception (Will mention Al Asmer in particular) and at the Restaurant. Our only disappointment with the hotel was the unfair and discriminating rule of not allowing ladies wearing Islamic swimming suites from using the swimming pool. My wife and my two daughter were deprived from the enjoying the pool throughout our hotel stay. As a senior doctor, I find the use of hygiene as an excuse is unfounded. In fact, the risk of transmission of some diseases like skin conditions is higher with larger parts of skin being exposed to the water of the pool!. Moreover, I find this a major discriminating act against Muslims in a Muslim country!
