COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS
Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our communities. We are monitoring the situation very closely, and we would like to share the additional precautions that have been recently added. All amenities at this property have been closed. We have increased our cleaning standards, specifically as it relates to cleaning and disinfecting surfaces. This is all very necessary for the safety of guests, and we must do our part to keep this community safe.

The Space:
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. We use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the suite, a people counter which counts the number of people nearby, in addition to numerous neighbors who are understandably more sensitive during this time. The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be inside the suite at any given time. We do utilize our local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense.

Our one-bedroom apartment with a queen bed, couch, and an air mattress has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Pittsburgh! The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, full-sized appliances, and a Keurig to enjoy coffee. There's a smart TV with Roku and Netflix (there is no cable) & free WiFi! A washer and dryer are available in the unit for your convenience.

Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 3pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children; however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Interaction with Guests:
Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.

The Neighborhood:
Our suite is located within Downtown Pittsburgh's Cultural District, home to the dynamic art and entertainment scene. The 14-square block district encompasses over 90 retail shops, 50 dining establishments, seven world-class theaters, eight public parks and art installations and a dozen art galleries. You'll always find something fun to do or see in the awesome Cultural District. We're just a short 13 minute walk from Point State Park or a 9 minute walk to Market Square, home to giant chess, ping pong, and many other fairs.

Getting Around:
Given the popular location, walking or biking is very popular. There's a Healthy Ride station, Pittsburgh's popular bike-sharing service, just outside of the David L. Lawrence Convention Center which is a 2 minute walk to the east. Bus transportation provided by the Port Authority of Allegheny County is also available across the street.

Other Things to Note:
Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. We have a strict 11am checkout. If you'd like to pay to check out later, the latest we can do is 1pm, at $25 per hour. Please let us know one day in advance if this is something you'd like to schedule!

House Rules:
Absolutely no parties or events. We use a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the suite. We have a zero-tolerance policy and you will be asked to leave if any noise level beyond a normal conversation is detected. Th

6/10 Good

The location of this property is excellent. Right in the cultural district really really great place to be it was very clean. The furniture was horribly cheap and uncomfortable especially the bed. If that is important to you this may not be the place to stay. Mattress was really soft and the bed springs were super loud and squeaky so if you rolled over in bed it woke you up.

It was fine. I would have liked check-in to be a tick earlier and check-out at tick later. ... The biggest disappointment was that there was dog urine in the elevator and it didn't get cleaned up at all. Saturday night or Sunday morning.

Good location, clean place
Apartment was nice, very clean. Loved the full kitchen. It was small but served it's purpose. Just a few minor things.... need a shower caddy or something to hold things in the shower. Either had to set stuff on the sink and then drop on the floor reaching out, or put stuff on the floor of the shower. The other little thing is the TV is in the living room with a small (uncomfortable) love seat. Hard to relax and chill and watch TV. Should have brought our laptop, then could have layed in the comfy bed to chill! Loved the location. Walking distance to pretty much everything we wanted to do. The Eagle Restaurant across the street was delicious! Parked down the street at Phil's, they were reasonably priced.
