Checking in is always a hassle at the Holland House. We arrived early due to cruise ship schedule and are always prepared to wait for a room, however there doesn't seen ti be any kind of process to handle on a first come, first serve basis. If you are not right in front of the desk, they seem to forget you and move on to whoever they can see.
