Water never got hot enough for decent, bathroom floor had cracked and broken tiles. The tub stopper was broken and had a slow drain while taking a shower. The room was not quiet as you could everything in the hallway all night and staff was slow to pick up trash and linens that were in the hallway.

My drivers license should never be copied as a prerequisite to check in. This is not a normal practice and it puts my personal information at risk. Who are these people accessing my personal information? This hotel has joined the list of places I will not stay. The property is run down and my first room was dirty. Second room was occupied. 3rd room was adequate for 5 hours of sleep.

The trash was over flowing in the entryway but over all conditions of the building were ok. I cut my finger on a missing price to the door handle to my room and there was hair in the sink and tub. However the services were good. I would stay there again.
