Check in was 3:00 PM. We didn't arrive until 5:00 PM and our room still wasn't ready. Also, we reserved a room with a pull out sleeper. There were no linens in the room for this bed. Had to go ask for him and wait for them.

Area was a little rough. There were a lot of homeless people around the hotel in nearby lots. Hotel seemed safe though and kids enjoyed the pool.

We got to our room (suite booked for a family of 4) and we had no pillows, blankets, or sheets for the pull out couch bed. No big deal - we went to ask for some and we’re told they didn’t have any pillows, but could stuff a pillow case with a sheet if we liked. (No thanks, I just gave one of the 4 pillows on the main bed to him). And then they gave us a sheet/blanket. I then took our son to enjoy the pool. Not realizing that the hotel was also completely out of towels. I went to the front desk and was told that they wouldn’t have any more towels until the next day (in the afternoon apparently because the cleaning ladies did not get to work until 7-8am). I was told that next time we should “pack towels. When we talked to the manager about this situation they said we would need to contact hotels.com for a refund. Which we did, but we’re told that they were only giving us $40 back from our $200+ room that we booked. And we didn’t even get to take showers in the room because we had a total of 2 towels. (One of which we had to use for our son after leaving the pool)
