    Will not stay again
In the room, everything is old. It has smells. The people who work there is not friendly.

Hotel is a bit outdated but great location. Nice shops and good restaurants on the hotel premises, beautiful art pieces too.

Hotel Lisboa - Old World Charm, Service, Comfort!!
Hotel Lisboa was a great surprise - a charming hotel, clean, fresh smelling non-smoking rooms and service came with a old world European touch - room service delivered with silverware, linen napkins, on silver tray . Hotel is old but very well maintained. Room is not heated in winter but hotel provides a space heater that was sufficient to make room comfortable. Our room had a great city view. Bed very comfortable and bedroom bathroom very clean. Bath robes and slippers provided as part of the amenities along with the usual lotions, shampoo, etc. An umbrella is provided for guests who can also take it home as souvenir. Minibar items (water & sodas) were complimentary. Wifi good and strong. Hotel has numerous restaurants from fancy restaurants to great buffet at the 24-hour cafe and coffee shop down on the casino floor that served noodles, congee, sandwiches, and all manner snacks, lunch, breakfast and dinner items. You could eat at Lisboa for a week and never get bored and when you do, you can go over to sister hotel - Grand Lisboa which has more restaurants. Location is conveniently downtown. Lisboa does not have shuttle to/from airport but has shuttle to/from the Macao Ferry Terminal. On day we left, hotel sent staff to go with us on shuttle, who took care of our luggage and looked after us all the way to to the ferry terminal ticket desk - a very nice touch and great service. In Macao, definitely stay at Hotel Lisboa - a grand old lady still going strong!

    Great stay
First time stayed. Was very happy with the hotel. Ask for an upgrade and was given one. Try the buffet restaurant and was very happy with selection. Location was great also. Many different shops nearby. Will definitely come back.
