Poor2.0
I asked for iron and ironing board and the staff told me after 30 min, after they told me after 2 hours. At the end they told me we do not have iron board. I payed 524 € for 4 night staying the hotel does not buy a iron for 10 € and could use every costuner of the hotel. I will never go at Hotel Reseda anymore.

Good place to stay !!
Good hotel. Not entirely in central Paris but very close to line 3 metro. 3 minute walk. Easy to reach central Paris on line 3 quickly. I spent 4 days here and slept well ! Ate breakfast only one day. It was a typical breakfast, but I am picky.

Clean and Simple
We booked this super last minute and were very happy! Clean, modern, and comfortable room. Exactly what we were expecting. Only complaint is the AC units in each room shut off overnight. We were getting back past 11 pm each night and by then the AC would not work. Still not terrible as many places in Paris have no AC whatsoever. Just something to keep in mind!

Great location but tiny room to sleep
Location is easily accessible. Room is so small but the beds are clean. The shower area is tiny, it may be difficult for a big person to use.

Rooms too small; beds too hard.
We knew the room would be small, but did not expect the beds to be quite so uncomfortable. The price was great, but not worth the discomfort.
