Just right.
Had a really good time. Came back to the hotel after a long day of hiking and it was perfect to unwind and relax. There was a lot of stores and places to eat nearby, even though the neighborhood wasn't the greatest. My only complaint is that there was no in room hair dryer. Not a big deal.

When I opened the microwave there were left over tortillas, and the AC unit was leaking in the room. Other than that it was pretty comfy. Nice art decal.

Was a decent hotel within walking distance of the boardwalk. Clean for the most part. Continental breakfast was reasonable and seemed fresh. Would stay again. Family liked the pool.

Regrettable Ramada "Limited"
Upon arrival I was checked in promptly by a friendly Santa Cruz "bruh" at the front desk. I was unable to get into my room initially as the door lever was stuck. Bruh hotellier showed me the trick to get in, though had to step over a bunch of random junk piled next to the door. As I inspected the room, I noticed coffee, but no coffee maker, a TV, but no remote, someone's random emoryboard abandoned in the bathroom, and a slimy, filthy showerhead. I was brought a coffeemaker and tv remote. The room was mostly clean otherwise, and at least the sheets were laundered and didn't smell. The shower curtain was too short which resulted in the bathroom floor flooding when I showered and upon leaving in the AM, I noticed I was also missing a "do not disturb" door tag, which I usually put out when only staying a couple of nights. Not to worry though, despite the lack of the door tag, the room was not made up when I got back after a 11-hour shift. Despite this, I was complimented by hotel staff for scoring a super low rate at $165/night for two nights mid-week. Give me a break.

The most horrible experience ever!!!
My stay was horrible. First they wanted to charge me extra for a crib, then there was no parking spaces available for a SUV. I asked the front desk people where I should park and they told me any where you find a spot is ok. Then when I woke up the next morning I realized that they had towed my vehicle since it was in an assigned parking space! They didn't even tried to reach me to inform me that I had to move my vehicle. They had my license plates on the portfolio that I signed during check in but they didn't didn't even give the room a call or knocked on the door. Then when I went to the front desk to complain on what was going on the employee that was there said that he couldn't help me and that had to many portfolios to look through and couldn't match it on time in order to notify me. Then I requested to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager only to find out two hours later while still being there that he wasn't the manager. The manager walked in that morning to start his shift and I asked him who he was and he told me that he was the manager! I will never be booking with hotel.com again
