Rooms and hotel in general very clean. Pool water was kinda cloudy and pool is a bit old, but didn't bother grandkids any. Only irritant was that they wouldn't allow us a late check-out of just one hour!

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We checked in really late. When we got to our floor the entire hall smelled like weed. We asked if we could be put on another floor, but we’re not able to change as the rooms on other floors were already taken. It was too late to find somewhere else to go, so we stayed. When we got into our room, the smell did stay out in the hall

The room was nice and clean. No complaints there but the staff definitely needs to work on their customer service. I got the hotel and 11:45 pm. When I got there no one was at the front desk. Then 2 minutes later this older woman comes from the back and just stands at the front desk on her phone. She didn’t acknowledge me until she had been standing there for about 5 minutes. I gave her information like she asked. Then I still had to there for another 30 minutes checking in because something was wrong with the computer. She finally got it right and I was able to go to the room.
