Ok, probably not again
Our room key didn’t work, had to go back down to get new ones at check in. No phone in hallway on floors to call for them to bring new keys, etc. No cups in bathroom. Ou tv wouldn’t change channels or volume up or down. Called front desk and was told no cable channels, just local. Daughter was on floor below us and said theirs worked fine and told us the channel of the networks we wanted. We could put channel number in and get the channel. So it wasn’t that it was only local channels. It was Fox News (that’s not local). Front desk person seemed lazy and not interested in making any efforts.

Great attention to detail
The staff here was outstanding. Friendly and helpful the entire stay. Their attention to details was superb. I asked that our room not be disturbed so that my fiancée could prep for our wedding. They made a note for housekeeping and even had a small basket of goodies sent up along with a personal note congratulating her. It was an excellent touch. The breakfast was fantastic, great choices and everything was fresh and delicious. Anytime we are in town, we will certainly choose this hotel.

Decent
The hotel was definitely an old hotel that had been partially remodeled. We stayed 3 nights and they only clean the room if you request it unless you are there for 4 or more nights. I did not like having to ask for towels each day. The flooring in the room and bathroom were very dated and I did not feel that the floor was clean enough to walk on without shoes. The bathtub was also very dated and needed a good cleaning. The refrigerator made an annoying noise all night and the air conditioning was mediocre. My husband could not stay cool. The bed was decent and the breakfast area was the best part of the hotel. They spent money in that area during the remodel and the breakfast selection was good. Overall, it was decent, but I would not stay there again if there were other options available, especially for the price!

Ok
The room, especially the bathroom was not in great condition like other Hampton Inns. It’s a little hard to turn in if you are coming from the N and turn under HWY. Found parking though there isn’t a lot. Breakfast seemed nice.
