After 20+ years we will not be back.
Came for my sons wedding at the grand. This was the most disappointing stay with grand and little in over 20 years and we will not be back. No housekeeping whole time, no coffee in room, no new towels. No parking. Rooms super far apart even though requested closeness for ease of dressing kids and party. The only good worth mentioning was the kind check in attendant, Taylor. This is a resort and an upper class hotel and was worse than best western for service and attention.
