Pool was in poor working condition if working at a
Pool wasn't clean at all and was greenish our whole stay. The one time we did swim there was trash and hair floating in the pool and I dont think the pumps were on. My husband even questioned weather or not it was open but there was lots of people in the pool at the time. Also breakfast was not good at all. However the breakfast attendant was amazing and cheerful. Also the front desk staff was amazing our whole stay. The pool was disappointing. And the fact that the housekeeping lady didnt speak any English was a negative.

Very Unprofessional Staff at the Desk
The price was good. But you get what you pay for. Definitely pay attention to the reveiws on THIS place.Sometimes its a roll of the dice, but not in this case. The bad & even not so good were accurate. The 1st room--both beds had blood on them, some on one blanket, some on the others pillows. Went to the lobby to switch rooms. The clerks (2 ladies) were accomodating & switched our rooms. But they swore like sailors about their staff, in front of I would assume one of their children that was present behind the counter. I swear, but these clerks didn't know me & there wasn't that level of comfortability, they shouldnt be dropping the F bomb & talking about the staff not speaking English well. The next room, was a little cleaner. The wash cloths however were dirty & stained. The top coverlets were fraying. I wiped down the surfaces with disinfectant.Later that night the ac stopped working. It was groaning. when we looked at the vents it was moldy. during the nights the ac would work sporadically, get really hot in the room. Had to go to the desk again bc the remote was missing the back. was told they do that so people don't steal the batteries. gave us a new remote we had to program. wifi was very spotty & when we asked about it 1 of the same 2 girls from before told us to keep trying, because it should work, but they were ok bc they were hardwired in. Also please note the shower head is not over head. its really really low. you have to duck to get under it.

Nice hotel away from the main strip. Room was nice especially for the price. Breakfast was good also.

there is only one person in reception. Had to wait a bit. The lock of one of out rooms did not work. some areas of the carpet are very worn. toilet cover was stained. The beds would sink in the middle when laying on them. One of the rooms did not have the 2 extra blankets the are normally there.
