Put us somewhere else
We had booked a single king bed room at this hotel for Christmas Day, however upon calling them the day of the reservation to ask a question about a late check in time (1am due to flight delay) they told me they had moved my reservation to a sister hotel, the Double Tree. If I had not called, we would not have known this as there was no communication regarding the change. When we arrived, they had put us in a 2 queen bed room. We only stayed here for a few hours between flight lay overs, so had little interaction with the hotel or staff.

We arrived and we’re told we had to move to a different hotel. Didn’t get a receipt. Went to other hotel and it was terrible. Very loud and disruptive couldn’t sleep all night.

1st they move us to a new hotel without any advance memo.
2nd they move us to a hotel not even an equivalent of our hotel double bed x2 when i pay for 2 queen and with breakfast.. worst nightmare! then they gave us 1 complimentary 1 breakfast! My family suffered already when all the delay and then this!
