    Passing through

    Clean and comfy. We got in late and left early just passing through on the way home. Perfect hotel for that kind of stay.

    Dirty

    The room was filthy. I used Lysol wipes and they were filthy. Smelled musty. Refrigerator was dirty and not wiped out. The location was selected for the pool and hot tub but they were closed. Website and booking did not list that. Hotel manager stated all pools in area closed but they were not. Hampton and Hilton Garden open. Breakfast bags were advertised to have a hot breakfast sandwich or burrito. It was a cardboard like muffin and apple. We left before staying second night.

    The room was disgusting and nothing was cleaned well. I am 8 months pregnant and had a one year old and could not sleep because there was a group of people in lawn chairs surrounding the front door and people above us continuously making noise our entire stay

    Controls ac usage and outdated hotel.

    Its was not good. First off the limit the use of the ac.. so u had only low and no matter the temp barley cooled the room. The water pressure was barley okay. The room size was not for the right price of $159. We had friday to sunday morning. When i had gotten there they had moved us from handicap to non handicap which is fine… but when i requested to stay another day they said they had to move us to a new room because they had rented out our room the next night to someone else… u moved me but ppl who arent checking in for a few days u cant move?… okay what ever.. but then i got charged $157 for a room the day i got in and dude said oh im sorry we will take care of the charge. Wasnt till i checked out on sunday that i had to ask for it to be removed and it was taken off that day… why the delay? I had to dance around my money for my vacation because i didn’t trust the 2-4 days it would return.. it’s a good place… but i wouldn’t visit it again.. also why is the pool closed? Covid? I’ma no Mark mandate state?. I looked around all the pools around it are open.. so it’s not for covid reasons.. vending machines also were completely out of drinks. And everything was out dated. Again wouldn’t come here again… update Ure area.. and stop limiting ac usage…

    Not a happy camper

    The Pool was closed the gym was closed, and The breakfast bar in the morning was closed. When I booked this motel on the advertisements they said everything was open. Also The vending machines didnt work for any drinks. I had to get ice and use the sink for water. I did receive my breakfast in a bag with an apple a muffin a bottled water and a granola bar. Which i thought was nice. But overall I probably would not stay here again. NO POOL no Gym and no breakfast bar. Not worth the 100 a night plus was charged 50 dollars for a depsoit and then I am supposed to get that back . It would be nice to find a better place next time I visit the folks

    My rooms were not cleaned well. The top sheet on one of my beds stains on them like they washed the sheets but the stains would not come out, so we had to pull it off the bed. The bath did not look like it has been kept up. The walls in the room that I slept in were not clean. My family and I felt uncomfortable staying here, but was the only hotel in the area with rooms available. This was my first and last time staying at a best western hotel.

    I didn’t like the way I was treated by staff when I went to them with an complaint about the bathroom hair all on the shower walls toilet and in the tub soap scum on the soap dish and we had just checked in we was suppose to stay four nights checked out the next day they did not return my money for the days I didn’t stay I’m pissed
