Horrible Service and Handicapped Unfriendly

We were unable to rent a room on the first floor because they were all filled. We did not realize that there were 3 flights of stairs and no elevator, and my handicapped daughter was unable to get to the room. When I cancelled the reservation, I was told that I would not get any money back, despite not staying any nights, and was shouted at that I should have specified that we needed a first floor room when checking in (despite being told at check in that there were no first floor rooms available).
